Laura graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College in 2018 after completing 3,200 hours of training. Throughout her education, she gained hands-on experience working with a diverse range of populations, including healthcare practitioners at BC Cancer, seniors in palliative care and community settings, individuals with spinal cord injuries at VGH’s International Collaboration on Repair Discoveries, and dancers at Harbour Dance Centre.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Laura enjoys helping people feel better, move more comfortably, and stay active in their everyday lives. She works with individuals experiencing pain and tension related to injuries, sports and overuse, postural imbalances, stress, and chronic conditions.

He has a Bachelors of Human Kinetics specializing in kinesiology and health sciences from the University of British Columbia. He completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.

He is proficient in manual therapy techniques and individualized exercise prescription. He continues to learn and integrate new technologies/tools into his treatments to help provide the best care for his clients.

Jeff has interests in the management of temporo-mandibular (TMJ), sacral-iliac joint (SIJ), lumbopelvic, hip/groin, hands, and general orthopaedic areas.

Jeff is certified in the Musculoskeletal Segmental & Dry needling technique (IMS needling), Level 1- Treatment of Pelvis & Lumbar spine, hip differential diagnosis & prescription, and Concussion Management.

He has a long history of staying active with participation in rugby, volleyball, hockey, tennis, snowboarding, wakeboarding, running, and cycling. He understands the physical demands and injuries that may occur with an active lifestyle, and has the knowledge to help get people back to doing what they love quickly.

He graduated from Simon Fraser University’s Kinesiology program and later earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
